How long is the shipping time?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For orders within Sweden, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. For orders within the EU, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and are sent via Postnord.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the weight of your package. It will be calculated automatically at checkout.

How do I track my order?

We recommend downloading the Postnord app, which automatically tracks packages
associated with your email address or phone number. You can also track your order on their website with the tracking number provided. If you haven't received it, just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to send it over.

Can I wash my bowl in the dishwasher?

Yes, absolutely! Our bowls are dishwasher safe, so you can easily clean them after enjoying your breakfast.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We're truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@fanistudio.com as soon as possible. Simply include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will provide instructions on how to return it and arrange a replacement or a suitable solution. Your experience matters to us!

Please note that each bowl is unique.

Our bowls are handmade using a special technique that creates natural lines in the glaze - sometimes they may look like tiny "cracks." These aren't on the surface, but between the layers of glaze. Over time, more may appear (as you might have seen in my TikToks), but they won't affect the bowl or its function.

That's exactly how they're meant to be - and we think it's what makes each bowl even more beautiful.
