Return and exchange policy

We always want our customers to be happy and truly hope you love what you've purchased from us! If you wish to return or exchange an item, you're welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original condition, and return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Since we ship delicate ceramics, we kindly ask you to pack any returns carefully and securely to ensure the item arrives back to us safely. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund. We recommend using the original packaging if possible or wrapping the item well in protective materials.

Returns are processed within 6 working days of receiving the items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

How to make a return
If you'd like to initiate a return, please email us at info@fanistudio.com. Kindly include the
following details in your message:

• Order number
• Your name
• Date of purchase
• Reason for return

Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with the return instructions and all the details you need to complete your return. Please remember to pack the items securely, as we cannot issue a refund for products damaged during return shipping.
